<p>RCP were appointed by Goodman to oversee the development and to ensure that the project was delivered to time, cost and quality restraints and to ensure that the tenants, Gluck, requirements were incorporated.</p>
<p>Goodman handed the completed development to Gluck Distribution on 27th May 2007.</p>
<p>In August 2007 RCP were appointed by Goodman to add a mezzanine floor to the existing office. This involved the de-construction of the existing office roof and adding a mezzanine floor of 300m² office space. This included the coordination of the office staff to a temporary office in the carpark.</p>
<p>Goodman handed the completed 2 level office to Gluck Distribution on 17th December 2007.</p>

<p>The development consists of a 7,000m² warehouse with a two storey 350m² office attached. The transport and distribution tenant occupied the premises in October 2006 and has an option to extend the premises by another 5,000m².</p>
<p>The project was completed on programme and under budget.</p>
