Telecom Progress

RCP have been working with developer, Mansons and tenant, Telecom to deliver the 32,000 square metre commercial office complex in Auckland city. The development consists of four separate buildings on the site, all of which are interconnected with a series of bridges. A glass roof encapsulates the four buildings to create a large internal atrium space inviting the public in at ground level where retail outlets showcase Telecom’s latest technology and provide amenities for both staff and the public.

Demolition of the old NZ Post distribution centre commenced in May 2008, since then Mansons have continued to stay ahead of programme with a view to finish in the later quarter of 2010 when Telecom plan to move 2,500 staff into their new home.
