Client Representative Services Include:

• Provide independent professional and strategic advice.
• Represent the client as required in design and consultation matters.
• Input to project briefing and objectives.
• Advise on project organisational structure, monitoring and reporting procedures.
• Advice on procurement and focus on contract.
• Advice on selection of consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Establish policies, procedures, milestones and KPI’s.
• Establish delegated authorities and approval process.
• Attendance at key PCG, steering and board meetings as required.
• Value management and risk management workshop and insurances.
• Budget control, finance and cash flow advice and contingency management.
• Interface with user groups, stakeholders and authorities.
• Monitor and report on progress and performance verses programme.
• Advise on contractual claims and disputes.
