Having worked for RCP for more than 10 years, Ant has developed strong working relationships across all sectors and throughout New Zealand. He draws on his comprehensive network to ensure any projects under his watch are delivered successfully and exceed expectations. Having spent the first part of his working career in general management roles, Ant is extremely experienced in people management. He is adept at leading teams to deliver construction projects of all types and sizes consistently with positive outcomes. Ant successfully delivers large-scale projects within very tight time frames due to his strong leadership ability.

Ant balances his strengths in cost, risk & programme management with his ability to inspire and nurture a culture of efficiency and effectiveness. Ant has  successfully delivered more than 100 projects during his time with RCP.
