Goodman appointed RCP to oversee the development of this 3 level, 4 star Greenstar rated Commercial Office building which has been fully leased to Chevron whom are occupying level 3 at approximately 2400m2 and Yellow Pages whom are occupying levels 1&2 at approximately 4800m2. 1050m2 of Retail space fronts Great South Rd with associated split floor Basement and Ground floor level carparking.
RCP have also been appointed to oversee the commercial fit-out of the Chevron tenancy.
The architectural and environmental features of the building including a large, double height atrium space, extensive curtain wall glazing and rainwater harvesting.
Goodman will handover the completed development to Chevron & Yellow Pages on 15 December 2008.
