Client: Auckland University of Auckland
Conveniently located at the entrance to the Auckland Institute of Technology’s campus, the 6 level 6,300m2 building houses the Catering, Hotel Management and Hospitality Departments of the Institute.
The building is constructed with a concrete frame and precast concrete floor . The external walls are a combination of precast concrete panels, aluminum sandwich panels and curtain walling.
As Client Representative, the project was overseen to provide overall co-ordination of a complex project and its inhabitants equipment and possessions.
RCP co-ordinated, planned and managed the FF&E process which included the lecture areas such as catering kitchens, hotel bedrooms, together with the staff’s furniture, equipment, books etc
