AUT – New Business Faculty Building

This ten storey Business School for AUT comprises 10,500m2 of floor area and houses seven floors of teaching space in conjunction with the faculty office.
The building is a structural steel frame with precast concrete floors. The cladding is made up from glazed curtain walling, precast GRC panels, blockwork and strip windows.
RCP was engaged as project manager and oversaw the design development and contract administration of the construction.
