RCP has been the Client Representative for BOPDHB for over four years and have recently been appointed Project Managers for the East Wing Development valued at $21M. Other services provided for Bay of Plenty DHB include Business Case Reviews for the Ministry of Health, Procurement and Strategic Advice Planning.
Projects include the staged replacement and upgrade of the new North Wing, new Theatre Suite, refurbished West Wing, new Main Entrance, Ambulatory care / Outpatients, Carpark and Helipad.
