RCP provided Project Management Services to Chapman Tripp, refreshing their existing premises whilst they occupied the site. A rolling refurbishment was programmed utilising a temporary lease of the top floor enabling one floor at a time to be refurbished.
RCP project managed the commercial fit out of 7500m² of the building. Timing was critical to the success of the project with a 6 week programme per floor which was achieved. The tenancy included one temporary floor, 5 ½ working floors and one client floor.
