T he project is a Macquarie Goodman warehouse and office development on the Westney Industrial Estate, which is part of an overall masterplan approved for the area.
The development consists of a 7,000m² warehouse with a two storey 350m² office attached. The transport and distribution tenant occupied the premises in October 2006 and has an option to extend the premises by another 5,000m².
The project was completed on programme and under budget.
