Fliway comprises of 15,000m² of Warehouse, Crossdock and Canopy area complete with 3,200 m² of office area. This facility will become Fliway’s new Distribution centre.
RCP were appointed by Goodman to oversee the development and to ensure that the project was delivered to time, cost and quality restraints and to ensure that the tenant’s requirements were incorporated.
Goodman handed over the completed development in stages, with the final stage completed on the 1st February 2008.
