After circa 6 months of design and user group planning, the internal layout design of the refurbishment of the existing IBM Customer Service on Wyndham Street was approved.
Contract works involved the complete strip out of the existing ground floor areas for the main purpose to create a completely new environment and look, with new meeting rooms, conference areas, staff break out spaces and a large, open plan cafe. The client was extremely happy with the end result, with all user groups reporting positive feedback from successful operations.
