T he distribution centre comprises 37,000sqm Warehouse and Canopy areas complete with a 200sqm Dangerous Goods store and 2,000sqm of offices. Together with an 11,000sqm yard designed to withstand 100 tonne Fork Hoists, this facility will become Linfox Logistics central hub. Additional to the above a second stage extension is currently being added to the warehouse bringing the total warehouse in excess of 50, 000sqm.
RCP were appointed by Macquarie Goodman to oversee the development and to ensure that project was delivered to time, cost and quality restraints and to ensure that their tenants (Linfox) requirements were captured.
Linfox have successfully taken occupation of the first 37, 000sqm with Practical Completion of the additional warehouse extension completed June 2006.
