R CP provided Project Management Services to Maersk Line to enable their business relocation to Levels 2 and 3 of the historic Central Post Office Building in Queen Street, Auckland.
RCP project managed the commercial fit out of 3500m² including new boardrooms, high level meeting rooms, café and staff office areas to suit Maersk’s business requirements.
RCP successfully integrated the Maersk fit out delivery via the existing contractual arrangements in place on the overall Britomart redevelopment which also involved many interested parties namely Bluewater, Britomart, Auckland City Council (Heritage), Historic Places Trust and Landlord’s Project Manager to ensure constraints of the sensitive site were properly managed.
