Office Max Warehouse and Office comprises of a 15,000m² Warehouse with hardstand and canopy areas totaling 2300m² and a 3 level office totaling 4200m². The office design achieved a theoretical 4 star Greenstar rating based on the office design tour.
RCP were appointed by Goodman to oversee the development and to ensure that the project was delivered to time, cost and quality restraints and to ensure that the tenants, Office Max, requirements were incorporated.
Goodman handed the completed development to Office Max on 30th June 2008.
