The new Pipitea Plaza Building is a prestigious inner city development located on the corner of Pipitea Street and Moturoa Street. The design provides 16,500 m2 of floor area over nine levels, and is designed to achieve a 5 GreenStar rating.
RCP were appointed on the project in 2006 and have managed Resource Consent, Tenant Procurement Process and will manage the design and construction phases of the project, scheduled for completion late 2010.
