Occupation Date: Staged Occupation from August 2005
Client: Goodman Nominee Ltd
The Spicers Paper project comprises 15,600sqm of Warehouse and 1,300sqm of office space together with 3,000sqm of Canopy complete with a 12,000sqm yard designed to withstand 16 tonne Fork Hoists. This facility will become home for Spicers Papers.
RCP were appointed by Goodman Nominee Limited to oversee the development and to ensure that the project was delivered on time, cost and quality restraints and to ensure that their tenants (Spicers Paper) requirements were captured.
Spicers Paper have successfully taken occupation of the site with Practical Completion granted on 27th February 2008.
