T he Royal and Sun Alliance Centre Office Tower in Auckland, the largest and arguably the leading office tower in New Zealand.
RCP were appointed to the project as Project Managers and Contract Administrators for Kiwi Income Property Trust in mid 1997. The project, valued at $130m was completed 5 months early and on budget despite the relocation of the anchor tenant and the introduction of new major tenants within the original programme.
RCP were also engaged as Tenancy Coordinators for the majority of all tenancy fit out contracts within the building which totalled approximately $30m over 9 major tenancies.
