RCP has been working with HMS Host since 2005 providing project management services on the multiple projects comprising the specialist food and beverage offering at Auckland International Airport. Our role includes project planning with a programme overlay to mitigate the risks of working within a live, operational environment as well as innovative design management, procurement and on-site construction management.
RCP is also involved with the development of project concepts as well as landlord and franchise liaison and manages consultant engagements, design development, tender, consent and construction phases. This has included the co-ordination of design, procurement, installation and commissioning of equipment for three commercial kitchens. All works are managed in accordance with the Airport’s controls and procedures for the international terminal building.
