RCP provided strategic feasibility, option assessment and design advice to Gadol Group in relation to re-development opportunities for an existing building in Newmarket, Auckland.

Working collaboratively with the Client and project team, RCP facilitated a robust feasibility study across several design options whilst taking into account any future market conditions and considering cost escalation.

RCP’s input has added value in terms of both time and cost savings for Gadol Group, ensuring that before the often costly and protracted resource consent process was embarked upon, that a well-considered and commercially viable scheme was developed.
