The Terrace Redevelopment


RCP are engaged in the capacity as Project Manager to progress the completion of three commercial development projects within a mixed use precinct environment. The projects comprise a $25m mixed use scheme of offices and hospitality units which will compliment a $35m Grade A office scheme adjacently located to the mixed use scheme. The third development phase comprises a $20m food court and 400 space car park. Each development footprint will have the benefit of an integrated hard landscaping and external lighting scheme to tie the three individual developments into a unified office and retail precinct.

RCP’s services have encompassed the integration of promotion and pre-letting initiatives with feasibility studies, budgeting, design development, programming, procurement and funding strategies to create a financially viable and sustainable property development.
